RETURNS / REFUNDS:

We don't currently offer returns or refunds but if there are any problems or questions please feel free to contact us.

ITEMS:

All items are handmade and therefore, items that are made from resin may show signs of cloudiness or bubbles. The colouration of the items might be slightly different to that shown on the shop as all items are made in small amounts at a time. However, all items are made with love and produced at the highest quality.

DELIVERY:

All items are sent within 4 days of the initial purchase, any changes or disruption to that and we will contact the customer.

Items are sent with Royal Mail and 2nd class delivery takes up to 3 days, which means the item takes around 1 week for the customer to receive their purchase if they choose 2nd class at the checkout.

If the customer would like a delivery that is not 2nd class, they will need to contact us via Etsy (@NovaSquare) and we can see if this would be possible for you.

If the customer would like delivery outside the UK, they will need to contact us via Etsy (@NovaSquare) and we can see if this would be possible for you.

SMALL ORDERS: (Up to 5 items)

2nd class delivery: £1.80

LARGE ORDERS: (5 items +)

2nd class delivery: £3.00
